Senior Care Centre provides day care activities for seniors who are suitable for centre-based care setting and require supervision while their caregivers are at work. The programme aims to maintain and / or improve the general physical and social well-being of the seniors through various therapy activities.

- Caregiver Support Programme
- Nursing
- Rehabilitation and Maintenance Exercises to Optimize Physical Functional Abilities
- Social and Recreational Activities
Admission Criteria
Referral is required through the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC). You may approach the social worker team at the hospitals or polyclinics and they may assist you in submitting your application to AIC. Government subsidies are available for eligible applicants who meet the national means test criteria. Please contact us to find out more.

Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
